Keeping It All In The Family . . . 

The nightmares of home ownership?  We’ve had a few but I don’t want to talk about that.  I’m trying to repress those memories but I can tell you how to avoid a few.  Work with the Bernsens of Coldwell-Banker Gundaker.  My wife and I bought our first and third homes with Carole.  I don’t know what happened on the second house because I am repressing that memory.  My son Noah bought his duplex from Carole’s son David.  My son Jake bought his duplex from David.  That’s the whole family!

My wife recently dragged me out to look for our “last house”.  I have successfully repressed all the recent viewings excepting the one where we met Matt Bernsen.  As with Carole and David we felt that Matt was more interested in what we needed than selling the property at hand.  The Bernsens bring a wealth of experience to the table and work for you in finding the right place for the right price.  They take great care and work hard to navigate you through the whole process.   And in the case of our first house, Carole did a great job of crafting our marketing plan.
